How does this work?

Step 1

Start an application online or over the phone at 1.877.386.0206

Step 2

A Simplefill Advocate will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your application and if qualified, enroll you into the program.

Step 3

Your advocate will contact your doctor and send you a packet to sign and review. Once you send your packet back you will start receiving your prescriptions within 3-5 weeks.

How it Works

Common Questions

What is the monthly service fee? If a patient needs help with 7 or less prescriptions, their monthly service fee will be $65.00. If a patient is on Medicare Part D or needs help with 8 or more prescriptions, their monthly service fee will be $85.00.

When will that be due and how do I pay? Your first payment will be due at the time of enrollment. Your second payment will be due two months from that date. After that you will be responsible for your membership fee each month you are in the program. This can be paid by credit card or debit card.Sorry, no checks.

How will I get my medications? Your medicine will either come directly to your home, to your doctors office or you will pick it up from your local pharmacy. 

Can I cancel at anytime? Yes. We are an advocacy
program and here to help patients. We do not hold patients to any
contract and they can cancel their membership at anytime.
