In some instances, individuals with insurance are responsible for 100% out of pocket costs, because the prescribed medication is not covered by their insurance plan.

Chronic Disease Support

Individuals with insurance, who need assistance with payment of deductibles and co-payments, may be able to get help from pharmaceutical companies and not-for-profit organizations. These entities help individuals, whether or not they have insurance, and meet certain income criteria. Some of these programs have funding for specific disease.
